To offer secure and compliant financial services, AeronPay enforces mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all users availing Virtual Account and QR Code-based Collection services.

We follow the regulatory framework laid out by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in alignment with UIDAI guidelines.

🔐 What We Follow

AeronPay uses Aadhaar-based e-KYC to verify the user’s identity. The process is secure, paperless, and seamless. We ensure:

  • Mobile number is linked to Aadhaar
  • User consents to verification via OTP
  • Data is verified directly via authorized UIDAI channels
  • Sensitive information is encrypted and verified

🚀 KYC Activation Process

  1. User Sign up with AeronPay
  2. Submits Aadhaar number and consents to OTP-based e-KYC
  3. Aadhar is verified through UIDAI
  4. User profile is marked as KYC Verified
  5. Virtual Account & QR features are enabled

⛔ No KYC? No Access.

Without successful KYC:

  • Virtual account will not be generated
  • QR collection will not be generated
  • Access to payment and settlement features will be restricted
